Scheduled - From 26 April 2026, all backend systems will standardise on the 614 format for Australian mobile numbers. This change will improve consistency across our systems and services.

API responses will now return numbers in 614 format regardless of the format submitted. If you access the platform through the Dashboard, you can configure your preferred display format: either 04 or 614 in your account settings. You can separately configure how numbers are formatted in exports.
