The failures were caused by an incident on Telstra's network affecting device connectivity. Our systems and Telstra's gateways were not affected. We maintained ongoing communication with Telstra throughout the incident to confirm no additional systems were impacted and to check whether any action was required on the gateway side. No further action was needed on our end or Telstra's gateway infrastructure.
Failure rates returned to normal without intervention as Telstra resolved the underlying network issue. No corrective action was required on our platform, as our systems remained unaffected throughout.
